Rachel Stevens Made M&S’s £45 Pinstripe Trousers Look So Expensive

In case you haven’t heard, this is a new cult high street buy that’s on the rise, and one of my favorite celebrities has been the first to snap it up. Marks & Spencer has created a stylish striped trouser in the on-trend olive green color that my colleagues and I can’t get enough of. With a wide leg cut and elegant front pleats, which add even more tailored effect to the trousers and make them more comfortable to wear in the process, the fashion pant has been selling out quickly this season.

So you can imagine my delight when I was scrolling through Rachel Stevens’ Instagram account and saw that she was wearing the same M&S striped pants that I had my eye on. Pairing hers with a black leather jacket and casual white sneakers, this is a look I know I can recreate with pieces from my wardrobe, which isn’t always the case with a celebrity look. Outfits like this, relaxed and modern, but still refined, always deserve to be highlighted.

What’s more, both olive green and pinstriped trousers have seen a surge in interest in recent months, with both appearing on the spring/summer 2024 and autumn/winter 2024 catwalks. Now, the trends are hitting the high street , and Marks & Spencer cleverly combines both in an easy-to-match way.
